Contingency Fee Disclaimer
BDIW Law charges on a contingency basis for truck accident and personal injury claims. Clients do not pay any legal fees unless a settlement is reached or a verdict returned in their favor. Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
This Agreement, and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site, shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without giving effect to the principles thereof relating to conflict of laws.
